Our LED backbox panel automatically dims itself when the game starts and fades back to full brightness when the game is over. It's all the benefits of having a full LED backbox panel, brighter more even light, without the glare that comes with it. Also the brightness level and dim level are adjustable so you can set them to look just right for your machine. Installation of this kit is very easy, and uses hardware already in your machine. Then just make the few connections, no soldering or splicing required, and you're done! This kit comes with everything you need for a total price of $65.
Switching to our backbox panel from the games fluorescent tube will result in a 76% power savings at full brightness and 96% power savings at it's default dim level! SPIKE energy savings not currently known.

NOTE: This kit comes with everything you need to convert your existing Stern to our LED dimming panel. It includes the LED panel, the dimming circuitry and the installation hardware. This is the module controlling the backbox board in the above kit, you do not need to purchase it if you are ordering the above kit. This kit will work with any 12 volt LED strips, whether that be one of our backbox panels or even one you made yourself. Installation of this kit is very easy, it plugs into a power port available in your Stern machine and has a standard 3 pin connector for your backbox panel or other mods to plug into.
Note: This dimming module operates on 12 volts and is designed to provide 12 volts at a maximum of 1 amp to drive your LED backbox panel or mods. This module may not work with color changers or other integrated circuits. If you have any questions as to whether this module will work for you, don't hesitate to ask.
